TESTIMONIALS
"Not only was I able to have an influence, but I also was able to learn what the hiring process looks like from the inside of a company. Going forward in my future endeavors, I'm aware of what it looks like to hire someone like me, what they're looking for, what's important, and what's not."
- Anna Forrest

"By interviewing candidates and reviewing resumes, I was able to learn the do’s and don’ts when it came to job applications. Working on the recruitment team with JBIER helped me with my interviews now when I'm the person being interviewed; because now I know the correct answers, and what not to say during an interview."
- Jayda Moore
Project Management Intern and Assistant to the Founder, Team Lead, Alumni
"I learned so much at JBIER interviewing on the recruitment team. Definitely make sure that on your resume, you’re wording everything in a way that is gravitating. It really makes the hiring manager look at it and say, "tell me more about this team lead position,” or “tell me more about how you worked on the merchandising or the website or the recruitment team."
- Caitlin Meagher
Fashion Merchandising, Product Management, and Web Design Intern, Team Lead, Alumni
"In interviews, it's all about making yourself sound different and having the interviewer remember you by saying things that would get their attention that they've never heard before. If you really talk about your experiences, you'll stand out and then that's
all you need."
- Delanie Weber
